Patricia Carr, BS, M.Ed., Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Organizational Learning and Leadership Program. She earned her doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh.
Thomas A. Conklin, BA, MS, MBA, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Organizational Learning and Leadership Program. His recent scholarship has been published in journals such as Organization Management Journal, Journal of Management Education, and Advances in Developing Human Resources. He earned his doctorate from Case Western Reserve University.
David Kozak, BA, MA, Ph.D., is a professor of Public Policy and Director of the Institute for Policy and Leadership Studies. He has served as Lieutenant Colonel in the United States Air Force, a Congressional Fellow, a policy analyst to the Secretary of the Air Force, a consultant on National Public Affairs to the Chautauqua Institution, program chair for the Center for the Study of the Presidency, and led the effort to revive Leadership Erie. A Gannon University undergrad, he has a Post-Master’s Degree Urban Affairs and Administration from Wichita State University, and his doctorate is in Political Science/Public Policy from the University of Pittsburgh.
Gail Latta, BS, M.L.S, Ph.D., is an assistant professor in the Organizational Learning and Leadership Program. She earned her doctorate from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln.
Michael J. Messina, Associate Professor of Marketing
Dr. Messina is Director of Graduate Programs and Program Director of Marketing at Gannon University. He earned a B.S.B.A. at John Carroll University, an MBA at Youngstown University, and a Ph.D. at Kent State University.
Thomas Ostrowski, BA, MA, Ph.D., is a professor of political science. He has served as provost, vice president for academic affairs, dean of the college of humanities, and acting president. He has received the Student Government Association Excellence in Teaching Award. Ostrowski earned his doctorate from the University of Houston.
Duane R. Prokop, BS, MBA, DSL
Dr. Prokop earned a B.S. and an MBA at Youngstown State University and a DSL at Regent University.
Robert A. Wallace, BS, MBA, Ph.D.
Dr. Wallace is the Program Director of Finance at Gannon University. He earned his B.S. and MBA degrees at Gannon University and a doctorate at Kent State University.
