Gannon University’s online engineering management program delivers a master’s degree that prepares professional engineers to boost their business management acumen while advancing their engineering skills, preparing them to take on strategic leadership roles in engineering or manufacturing companies or divisions.
What are the course requirements for the online Gannon University Master of Science in Engineering Management?
The MS-EM is a 36-credit-hour program. It requires four business classes, four engineering classes, and four electives that include coursework in key areas of study for those working in today’s complex manufacturing environment . Each of the three components comprises 12 credit hours. Based on prior undergraduate coursework, students are expected to be able to waive Statistical Analysis, GMBA 525. If not, this course would be an additional requirement.
What are the admission requirements for the program?
Applicants must have earned a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an ABET accredited program or its equivalent with a QPA of 2.5 or better. Applicants must submit the following:
• Completed application
• Transcripts for all prior college course work
• Three letters of recommendation
• TOEFL scores if English is not a first language
